AI TRANSFORMATION & CUSTOM AGENTS

Built for the way
your business works.

AI agents that move work forward. We connect your systems, redesign the handoffs and build the controls your team needs to put AI into operation.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Good people. Too much work between the work.

Copying context. Chasing approvals. Rebuilding the same picture in another tool. Start with the handoffs your team repeats every day.

01

Context is scattered.

The answer is somewhere in the inbox, the CRM and someone’s notes.

Bring the relevant evidence into one place.
02

Work waits on handoffs.

Every exception starts another round of checking, routing and follow-up.

Prepare the next action for the right owner.
03

Control cannot be optional.

Speed only helps when the team can understand and trust the result.

Build in approvals, evaluation and a fallback.
02 / EXPLORE THE WORK

An agent’s job, made visible.

Choose a workflow. Follow the evidence. Make the approval decision yourself.

Resolve an invoice exception.

An invoice lands in a shared inbox. Someone has to find the order, compare the details and chase the right approver.

Receive the invoice

Read the sample invoice and identify the purchase order reference.

Designed output

An exception task with the variance, source documents and a named owner. Payment stays on hold.

What we would measure

Exception resolution time and manual touches per invoice.

03 / HOW WE WORK

A clear path from opportunity to operation.

Our transformation approach
01Discover

Find the right opportunity.

Trace one workflow with the people who own it. Identify the delays, exceptions, data and decisions involved.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITHWorkflow map + agreed baseline
02Design

Design around real work.

Define the agent’s job, system access and approval boundaries. Agree what success and failure look like.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITHImplementation scope + evaluation plan
03Validate

Prove it before rollout.

Build the integrations and test representative inputs, difficult cases and the path back to a person.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITHEvaluated pilot + rollout decision
04Operate

Make it work every day.

Release in a controlled scope, monitor execution and review what needs improving with the owning team.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITHOperating runbook + review cadence
04 / YOUR OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

Your systems are the starting point.

We scope the connections around the workflow: where information comes from, which actions are allowed and who takes over when an exception needs judgment.

Illustrative architecture. Integrations and hosting are agreed during discovery.

Access with a purpose

Give the agent only the sources and actions required for its job. Agree data boundaries before integration.

People at decision points

Name the decisions a person owns, the evidence they need and what happens when they decline.

An inspectable trail

Design for source references, execution records and visible exceptions so the owning team can investigate.

A path when things fail

Define stopping conditions, fallback handling and an owner for work the agent cannot complete.

06 / A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START

Start with the question in front of you.

Each engagement has a defined scope, an accountable owner and an agreed next decision.

Timing, investment and responsibilities follow discovery and the agreed scope.

07 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few practical questions.

The details matter. Here is how we approach the first conversation, delivery and ownership.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

One recurring workflow, the tools it touches and the person who owns the outcome. We will discuss where work slows down, the evidence available and whether an assessment or a pilot is a useful next step.

Will we need to replace our existing systems?

We start with the tools and data you already use. Discovery establishes the available APIs, permissions and integration constraints. Any required system change is made explicit in the scope.

What does our internal team need to do?

Provide workflow context, access to agreed sample inputs and a decision-maker for scope and acceptance. The involvement needed from business, security and engineering owners is agreed before implementation.

Can an agent take action without approval?

Only within the boundaries agreed for that workflow. We identify actions that require human approval, define what happens on uncertainty and test those controls before rollout.

How are timing and cost decided?

After the workflow, integrations, data readiness and acceptance criteria are understood. We provide a scoped engagement rather than a universal deployment promise.

Who owns the implementation and ongoing operation?

Code, data access, deployment, documentation and support responsibilities are agreed in the engagement. The owning team receives the operating guidance and handover included in that scope.

LET’S PUT AI TO WORK
